Sushma has over 34 years of banking and financial industry experience, having served in strategic positions. She has an impressive list of employers, some of the prestigious corporate include, TCS, Banque Indosuez (Credit Agricole CIB), NIIT and Geojit BNP Paribas.

A Commerce Graduate, an avid banker, with extensive experience in not only banking processes but also Fintech, Banking Software development and Banking Applications. She has been an advisor, consultant and trainer educating technology companies on banking operations and client liasoning. Her banking knowledge encompasses retail banking, Foreign Exchange,  Trade Finance, Capital Markets, Operations and Customer Service.

Sushma is a great asset and learning under her shadow will provide profound experience which will be more than magical.

Poonam is a Doyen of Hospitality, she has overall 25 years of experience, of which 12 years are dedicated to the art of training.  She is passionate about education and training, especially in her field of work, which is hospitality management, as faculty, she brings her insightful travel and tourism experience and training achievements.

She has worked extensively with the likes of Costa Cruises, American Express, Golden Chariot, Travel and Tourism Karnataka and currently serves as General Manager for a South African destination management company Travcare.

A Bachelor of Science, an alumni of Indian School of Business Hyderabad and Director of Business Network of India, she brings to the Academy a rich and varied insight.

Her portfolio, in addition to travel and tourism includes a large spectrum of travel and tourism processes, hospitality management and soft skills.

Her teaching style and approach is top down, enriched by strategy, mentorship and encompassing the vast knowledge of contemporary technology she harnesses to impart the new age
technology training.
