Poonam is a Doyen of Hospitality, she has overall 25 years of experience, of which 12 years are dedicated to the art of training. She is passionate about education and training, especially in her field of work, which is hospitality management, as faculty, she brings her insightful travel and tourism experience and training achievements.
She has worked extensively with the likes of Costa Cruises, American Express, Golden Chariot, Travel and Tourism Karnataka and currently serves as General Manager for a South African destination management company Travcare.
A Bachelor of Science, an alumni of Indian School of Business Hyderabad and Director of Business Network of India, she brings to the Academy a rich and varied insight.
Her portfolio, in addition to travel and tourism includes a large spectrum of travel and tourism processes, hospitality management and soft skills.
